Jaime has verbally committed to sign a letter of intent with Southern Utah University during the upcoming early signing period. Congratulations to Jamie, continue working hard as we expect her to be a major player for the T Birds. All those years of working on your game do pay off!!!! Jamie has been a member of the Salt Lake Metro club for the past two years.
Jamie averaged 11.3 pts and 2.3 blocks per game while leading Orem to the 4A state championship. She had 17 points, 6 blocks and 7 assists in the championship game.
Jamie was selected 2006 Salt Lake Tribune 4A First Team All State, 2006 Deseret Morning News 4A Third Team All State, 2006 Deseret Morning News Second Team All Utah Valley Team, 2006 4A All Tournament Team, 2006 Daily Herald First Team All Utah Valley Team. She is also a 2007 McDonald's All American team nominee.
Jamie joins former Salt Lake Metro players Erin Haskins and Aubrey (Orton) Degraffenreid that signed last year with Southern Utah University.
