Former Metro (Avalanche) player Ashley Grimm has a nice article in the Deseret News.  Ashley is a sophomore and starts for Utah Valley State.  Utah Valley State is 10-3 on the season.  Ashley is scoring 5.2 ppg and averages 4.2 rebounds per game (2nd on team).
