Noel, as indicated in the article, is extremely hard working and has succeeded at improving his game. Noel is currently the leading scorer in 3A and the leading underclass scorer in the state. Noel will have an outstanding college career not only on the court but in the classroom. Noel recently received a 34 on the ACT as a junior.
