Former Metro (Avalanche) Player Penny Jones helped Lipscomb to an upset victory over East Tennessee State. Penny had 22 points and 6 board including 10-10 from the free throw line.
Penny is currently the team's leading rebounder. She is also the 10th leading rebounder in the Atlantic Sun Conference and 2nd in free throw shooting. She is shooting 86.7% from the free throw line and is also 18th in the NATION in NCAA d-1 women's basketball.
