Former Metro Players lead SLCC to win

The 20th ranked laceName w:st="on">SaltlaceName> laceType w:st="on">LakelaceType> women won their seventh straight conference game tonight against the laceType w:st="on">CollegelaceType> of laceName w:st="on">Eastern Utah Golden EagleslaceName> in Price tonight. The Bruins easily shut out the Eagles in a commanding 79-40 victory in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.

Five Bruins hit the double-figure mark led by freshman Keshia Catten (Murray, UT). Catten, who has shot over 40 percent from three-point range this season, connected on six of nine attempts to register 23 points on the night. Michelle Pace (freshman, Salt Lake City, UT) scored 11 points and  McKenzie Jessop (freshman, Murray, UT)  chipped in 10 points.

The women are now 11-2 in the SWAC and 19-4 overall.
