Congratulations to Louis Garrett (Pine View HS) on his selection to the ScoutHoops.com list of the top Small Forwards on the West Coast.
Louis is a tremendous offensive player. He has deep range on his three and has an excellent ability to put the ball on the floor. He is also very athletic and plays above the rim. Louis should have a great season while helping Pine View transition to 4A. His brother Brad recently signed with Oklahoma State after a great year playing at College of Southern Idaho. Louis will also be an excellent college basketball player.
