Former Metro player Eric Daniels led all of NAIA in steals per game for the second straight season. This season, Eric’s 4.58 steals per game also topped all NCAA players (Divisions I, II, and III). This makes Eric the 2006/07 season leader in steals for all of college basketball.   Eric played on the 2003 Metro team and is the son of current UCLA men's assistant coach, Donny Daniels.
