Alexis Kaufusi (Fus) was selected to the recent Fall Evaluation Showcase all tournament team.  It was good to see Fus in action again as she has sat out the past year (high school and Metro) while rehabbing a torn ACL.

After playing the entire club basketball season with Metro, Fus verbally committed to sign a letter of intent with BYU during the summer after her sophomore year.

Fus will join former Metro player Haley Hall as Cougars at Brigham Young University.

Congratulations to Fus on your scholarship.  She is the second player in the class of 2008 to commit to a d-1 school. Her commitment brings the total number of 2008 Girls Metro players that have received scholarships to 2.
