Noel ends high school career with all tournament selection

Noel Hollingsworth ended his outstanding high school career with selection to the prestigious ACIT all tournament team.  

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAMS
FIRST TEAM
1. Noel Hollingsworth - Judge Memorial (BROWN)
2. Maalik Wayns - Roman Catholic (VILLANOVA)
3. Sean Mosley -St. Frances  (MARYLAND)
4. Jason Clark - Bishop O’Connell (GEORGETOWN)
5. Ian Hummer - Gonzaga  Jr.
 
 
SECOND TEAM
1. Ed Davis - Benedictine  (NORTH CAROLINA)
2. Cameron Johnson - Gonzaga  Jr.
3. Kameron Khataian - Bishop Walsh  Jr.
4. Justin McCoy - Mount Saint Joseph  (COPPIN STATE)
5. Kendall Marshall - Bishop O’Connell So. (NORTH CAROLINA)

As you can see Noel was competing against extremely high level athletes. In the first game, Noel scored 20 points & grabbed 13 rebounds on Ed Davis, the 10th ranked player nationally by Scout  He held Davis to his lowest point total (8) & lowest rebound total (6) of the year. His coach commented that it was the best job anyone has done against Davis all year

In the second game Noel scored 30 points on Henry Sims of Baltimore, a 6'11" Georgetown signee and ranked 29th by Scout.  Noel averaged 28 points per game in the tourney playing against some of the top players in the country.

As we know from having him play with us, Noel is a rebounding machine.   He ends his career with the following state rebounding records:

GAME        27 rebounds  (7th best all time)
SEASON  338 rebounds  (9th best all time)
CAREER  784 rebounds  (8th best all time)

Congrats to Noel on a great high school career.  We know you will do a great job at Brown University.
