Nate's a Cougar

Nate Austin has verbally comitted to BYU . Nate will sign a letter of intent with the Cougars in November.
This spring, Nate attended the Houston Kingwood Classic with our team, Salt Lake Metro. After his performance there against many of the top players in the country, Nate was ranked as the no. 58 top performer in the tournament. There were 261 17U teams participating in the tournament. Nate's last game he had 20+ rebounds.
Congratulations to Nate on your scholarship. He is the first player in the class of 2009 to commit to a d-1 school. His commitment brings the total number of 2009 Boys Metro players that have received scholarships to 1.
