October 3-5, 2008: Evaluations permitted at nonscholastic women's basketball events

During the weekend of October 3-5, 2008, the NCAA allows for evaluations at nonscholastic women's basketball events. This is another open evaluation period for the NCAA coaches to evaluate players. We will not be attending any events during this period as a Salt Lake Metro team.
The 2008 Intermountain Hoops Fall Evaluation Showcase will be held during the open evaluation period. This is the Showcase's fourth season and has been highly successful at attracting top players and college coaches to attend. The Showcase is sanctioned by the NCAA allowing college coaches to watch and evaluate players at the event during the open evaluation period.
This is the last open evaluation period prior to the beginning of the high school season.
