Fall Skill Development Sessions to begin

Our fall Metro skill development sessions will begin Saturday August 23.
All HS sessions (Boys and Girls) will be held on Saturdays. Six ninty minute sessions will run various Saturdays through November 1.
The sessions will be highly competitive and are a great way to get ready for the fall evaluation periods and events. They will also be helpful in having a great high school season. Number of players per session is limited to maintain an excellent coach/player ratio.
Please contact Coach Hammer for additional information and to secure your participation. It is highly recommended that participants on next year's Metro teams attend.
This Saturday's Metro Basketball Skill Development Session will be held at East Millcreek Recreation Center (2230 East Evergreen Avenue)
