Utes Defeat Santa Marinella, 67-57

ROME, Italy - The Utah women's basketball team opened their Italy trip with a win over Santa Marinella, 67-57.
Kalee Whipple led the Utes with 19 points and seven rebounds as the Utes rallied from a 33-25 halftime deficit for the victory. Katie King had 11 points while Janita Badon tallied 10 points. Mandy Munns had a team-high eight rebounds.
Utah's next game is against Firenze Basket on May 14.
