PADOVA, Italy - Led by leading scorer Katie King, the Utah women's basketball team defeated A.S. San Martino Basket, 81-59, as they continue with their Italian tour.
King had 19 points for the Utes while Halie Sawyer tallied 12 points with 10 rebounds. Utah held a 50-28 lead at halftime.
"We have seen some good improvement in our young kids," head coach Elaine Elliott said. "That is what we had hoped for."
