Utes Close Italian Tour With 67-49 Win Over Crema

ROME, Italy - The Utah women's basketball team closed out its Italian tour with a 67-49 win over Crema.
Halie Sawyer led Utah with 16 points and 12 rebounds while Kalee Whipple also had 16 points. Janita Badon tallied nine points, six assists, four rebounds and four steals. Mandy Munns had nine rebounds and eight points.
"This has been an amazing trip," head coach Elaine Elliott said. "I don't know how we could have possibly seen more of Italy or had a better chance to work on our game than this trip has presented to us. It's been everything we could have hoped for."
Halie Sawyer led Utah with a double-double in the Utes final game in Italy.
