Intermountain Hoops will be hosting the Future Collegiate Girls Evaluation Camp on Saturday, September 12 at Salt Lake Community College South Campus (Salt Lake City, UT). Many of the top prospective collegiate athletes in the Intermountain West will be in attendance. (Camp details listed below)
 
The camp provides the opportunity for collegiate evaluation by one of the top national scouting services, Dan Olson's Collegiate Girls Basketball Report. Dan is considered one of the top evaluators of potential collegiate players in the nation. More than 400 women's basketball programs subscribe to his report and rely on his evaluative skills.

The Report

The Collegiate Girls Basketball Report, directed by analyst and former collegiate basketball coach Dan Olson, covers the nation providing subscribers with an accurate and descriptive evaluations and rankings. With over 20 years of experience in the game, Olson provides insight into all levels of the game from the high school to the professional ranks. 

The Collegiate Girls Basketball Report gives the subscriber a database of 1,500 high school players per class and 1,000 junior college prospects. The report gives coaching staffs a descriptive database of players from all regions of the nation allowing them to sort by name, rating, position and height. A unique search engine allows coaches to search players individually or by club team. The intent is to give coaches a cost-effective and efficient way to locate and select prospects, maximizing your recruiting efforts. 

The Collegiate Girls Basketball Report will continue to develop and bring coaches innovative ways to enhance the recruiting process. Direct correspondence with the analyst is provided. Quiet and dead period events are attended regularly, making the CGBR the coaches source for recruiting! 

Since 2004, Olson has evaluated national high school, junior high and junior college girls basketball players and ranked and critiqued thousands of prospects for colleges and universities across the country. Now, Olson is the respected authority in women's basketball with the knowledge and professionalism to be the source for all information regarding women's basketball.

 

Regional scouting will be done by the Intermountain Hoops Scouting Service.

Players involved in the camp may be included in the Intermountain Hoops player rankings for their various classes.

 CAMP DETAILS
  • Players will be placed on highly competitive teams and will be coached and receive instruction by top Intermountain Area coaches.

  • All players will play two (20 minute) equal playing time games.

  • All players will have individual athletic assessments completed.

  • All players will complete a basketball skills evaluation.

  • All players and parents will be allowed to attend a question and answer session held by the scouting services regarding the recruiting process
