SLCC Women’s Basketball Completes the Weekend Sweep
Twin Falls, ID. (November 14, 2009) The SLCC Women’s Basketball team complete the three game sweep by defeating the Southern Idaho All Stars 74-62. The team is now 5-1 overall heading into SWAC play.
Amie Jensen came off the bench to lead the team with 14 points. Haley Holmstead finished her weekend with 13 points, nine rebounds, four assist and two steals. Dayna Burgess added in 10 points with eight rebounds.
The Lady Bruins (5-1) take their three game winning streak on the road to face the hostile College of Southern Idaho crowd on November 19th followed by a trip up to #4 North Idaho November 21st.
