Keshia Catten Named Frontier Conference Player of the Week

SALT LAKE CITY– Keshia Catten of Westminster College was named the Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Catten is a 5’8” senior guard from Murray, Utah. Westminster went 2-0 for the week with victories over Union College of Kentucky 70-49 and Emmanuel College 74-59 at the Holiday Inn Express Invitational in Lake Wales, Florida.
For the week, she averaged 18 points, 2.5 rebounds, two assists and two steals per game. Catten hit 72 percent of her field goals (13 of 18) and 54.5 percent of her three-point field goals (6 of 11). Her 24 points against Union were a season high and came on 9 of 11 shooting.
