The basketball center was opened in 2003 and has been acting as the Jazz practice facility ever since. The ZBBC is located near downtown Salt Lake City at 1414 South 500 West, next to Larry H. Miller's new Ford Truckland and adjacent to Prestige Financial.



To facilitate using the facility all players will need to bring the attached participant release of liability form prior to attending the March 20 practice. 

It is mandatory for each player and their parent to sign and bring the form.

If a player shows up for practice without the required form they will not be allowed to participate.
