It's time to get ready for another year of Salt Lake Metro!
AAU Membership cards are required for participation in all Salt Lake Metro workouts, practices and tournaments.
All players will need to purchase or renew their AAU membership card for the period September 1, 2011 to August 31, 2012 for the required secondary insurance coverage: $14.00

Complete the form.
Enter "Intermountain Basketball Association" for AAU club and enter "TF44FB" for the club ID number.
AAU will email your completed card back to you at the email address you designated. Please forward a copy of the 2011-2012 AAU Membership card to saltlakemetrohoops@comcast.net
If you have already purchased an AAU Membership card for the 2011-2012 year please forward a copy to Coach Hammer.
